What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Partners to exceed marketing goals and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Manage and deepen relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients.
• Execute campaign launches and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal account operations and troubleshooting.
• Educate brands on Reddit’s value proposition and best practices for advertising.
• Aggregate client feedback to help shape the native ads product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Expertise in performance and direct response campaigns.
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
