Salary: $207,900 — $229,600 USD (Base Pay)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers in the NY/NJ region.
• Recruit, retain, develop, and coach regionally focused skilled SEs.
• Partner with sales directors and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
• Drive team accountability and deal management within Salesforce.
• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor for customers regarding cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Requirements

• Professional experience in cloud security.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Background in network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
• Understanding of risk-based security assessments, frameworks, and cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with traditional CSPM tools or cloud infrastructure security.
• Technical SaaS selling experience.
• Awareness of the CI/CD process and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
