What you will do

• Scale enterprise revenue 10x by owning the enterprise engineering roadmap and technical direction end-to-end.
• Hire, coach, and lead a world-class engineering team, remaining hands-on as a player-coach.
• Extend the enterprise-readiness layer including SSO, SAML, SCIM, RBAC, and audit logging.
• Establish and maintain a security and compliance posture required by enterprise buyers (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Build collaboration functionality for large teams and companies to maximize product value.
• Develop internal tooling for Sales and Customer Success teams to enable massive business scaling.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams through a transition from SMB or product-led growth to an enterprise motion.
• Proven track record of delivering under customer pressure and managing incidents and outages.
• Deep domain instinct for the technical and operational problems encountered by enterprise businesses.
• Management experience with a thoughtful approach to engineering leadership in the agentic era.
• Strong engineering judgment to assess output quality and velocity.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco for on-site work.
