What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-grade software aligned to company priorities and measurable business outcomes
• Set goals and success metrics, inspect progress, and drive disciplined, metrics-based execution
• Partner with Product, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work, manage trade-offs, and deliver initiatives on time
• Remove organizational and technical barriers by coordinating across teams and influencing stakeholders
• Drive engineering excellence through development practices such as code quality, testing, and operational reliability
• Participate in architectural decisions and coach engineering managers and senior engineers through feedback and structured growth planning

Requirements

• Location: Must be in the United States
• 5+ years of experience managing one or more teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with a track record delivering production-grade SaaS
• Technically credible leadership with hands-on experience in Go and full-stack systems
• Deep experience with AWS and/or GCP and modern distributed systems (microservices, monoliths, event-driven design)
• Proven ability to establish scalable engineering practices (design reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, infrastructure as code) using metrics and KPIs
