What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers developing UDS-compatible applications.
• Own the delivery of scalable, high-availability products that meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Delivery teams to manage engineering roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and internal processes.
• Mentor team members to support their professional and technical growth.
• Coordinate between clients and engineers regarding specifications, budgets, and deadlines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience, specifically in platforms and infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a remote, distributed environment.
• Strong background in architecting scalable solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep experience deploying cloud-native software to Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with Zarf and the UDS ecosystem.
• Knowledge of airgapped systems and semi-disconnected software delivery.
• Experience in Android mobile development.
