What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US.
• Build sourcing strategies and engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle to offer stage.
• Act as hirify.global ambassador, communicating mission and culture.
• Bring structure and pace to hiring in a scaling environment.

Requirements

• Strong GTM recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA and the US.
• Excellent sourcing skills to identify, engage, and convert passive talent.
• Strong hiring manager management and collaboration skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles in high-paced environment.
• Hands-on recruiter excited about fast-growing AI company.
