What you will do

• Lead end-to-end board design using Altium Designer with a focus on HDI and high-frequency interfaces.
• Design and simulate custom RF components and matching networks for contested environments.
• Perform antenna design and placement simulations using CST Studio Suite and Altair FEKO.
• Manage mechanical packaging and electro-mechanical design for seamless hardware-software integration.
• Define and execute testing, debugging, and validation protocols to ensure system survivability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in electronic, RF, or hardware systems development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Altium Designer, HDI techniques, and high-speed signal integrity.
• Proficiency in RF component simulation using CST or Altair FEKO.
• Background in Defense, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or high-reliability hardware industries.
• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Ability to debug complex multi-disciplinary issues at the intersection of hardware, RF, and software.
