Salary: $140,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Develop R&D and production software for next-generation radar products.
• Integrate software onto commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware.
• Support deployed software capabilities for U.S. and international customers.
• Collaborate within small teams to expand product capabilities across different radar families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in object-oriented software development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with Linux.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum), Continuous Integration, and TDD.
• Must have U.S. Person status to access U.S.-only data systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ground or Airborne Sensors (Radar, EO/IR, EW).
• Knowledge of signal processing, target detection, and tracking algorithms.
• Experience with CUDA, Software-Defined Radios (SDR), and near-real-time embedded SW.
• Proficiency in C++, Rust, NodeJS, Java, or Go.
• Experience with Docker, Podman, and cloud virtualization technologies.
• Current or previous DoD security clearance.
