What you will do

• Create, assign, and edit high-quality editorial content across articles, newsletters, video, and podcasts.
• Develop content strategies informed by real practitioner insights, interviews, and community engagement.
• Build and manage relationships with engineering contributors, AI practitioners, and technical SMEs.
• Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion using data from tools like GA and HubSpot.
• Program and support webinars, livestreams, and editorial event experiences.
• Experiment with new formats and distribution strategies to increase subscriber growth and audience trust.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong editorial judgment and experience creating B2B or professional editorial content.
• Proven ability to turn complex technical workflows into engaging, useful editorial experiences.
• Experience growing newsletter engagement, subscriber audiences, or community participation.
• Proficiency in using analytics to guide content experimentation and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contributors.

• Experience covering engineering leadership, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
