Salary: $101,400–$154,700

What you will do
- Build and execute quarterly digital plans aligned with strategic campaigns and revenue targets.
- Manage paid media channels including SEM, display, and LinkedIn ads to optimize for CVR and CPA.
- Drive web strategy and landing page optimization using A/B testing to maximize performance.
- Oversee marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing, scoring, and routing logic.
- Configure GA4 and GTM to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data hygiene.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Commercial Operations to align messaging and content.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Minimum of five years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience.
- Expertise with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and GTM.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reporting on pipeline impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS.
