What you will do

• Define and execute the digital media strategy across paid social, programmatic, search, SEO, and influencer channels.
• Manage internal performance teams and external agency partners to ensure campaign delivery.
• Set, track, and report on campaign KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Optimize user journeys using data-driven insights and channel analytics.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives and innovation projects to drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and regional teams to ensure brand growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid).
• Extensive experience in digital marketing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of media buying platforms and attribution models.
• Proven success in subscription-based or e-commerce environments.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in media optimization.
