TL;DR

SEO Team Lead (Digital Marketing): Managing high-value client portfolios and leading SEO teams to drive organic growth with an accent on C-level partnership and integrated digital strategies. Focus on scaling divisional revenue, mentoring junior specialists, and integrating AI into SEO workflows.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours. Remote-first, with an optional office in Philadelphia.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Grow divisional revenue by retaining client portfolios and identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain transparent, empathy-rooted relationships with C-level executives.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional development.
  • Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new members for the SEO team.
  • Drive thought leadership by sharing industry trends and trials with clients and the marketing community.
  • Integrate AI tools into workflows to increase efficiency and share learnings across the team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Hands-on SEO agency experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, and Analytics.
  • Proven leadership experience, comfortable managing 4+ direct reports.
  • Superb client management skills with the ability to connect tactics to business goals for executives.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills for handling high-intensity client or team situations.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency in marketing workflows.
