Salary: $155,000–$200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the AI agent platform.
• Identify customer problems and translate them into clear, actionable product bets.
• Conduct extensive customer discovery to understand workflows, decision-making, and pain points.
• Prototype concepts early to accelerate learning and validate solutions.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship iteratively and measure product impact.
• Design agent experiences that balance autonomy, trust, and explainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products from concept to launch.
• Proven track record of translating ambiguous problems into valuable solutions.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling greenfield products or major new product areas.
• Experience using prototyping, experimentation, and AI tools to accelerate discovery.
• Strong ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on technically sophisticated products.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
