What you will do

• Define and own the shopping experiences roadmap for new growth channels.
• Launch and scale checkout flows and offers across web and mobile applications.
• Design and execute acquisition programs to drive measurable CAC-to-LTV impact.
• Manage funnel performance end-to-end, including activation and drop-off analysis.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure scalable growth.
• Conduct incrementality testing to unlock new conversion levers and engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in growth or distribution.
• Proven track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products.
• Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality, and CAC-to-LTV optimization.
• Strong UX instincts and experience working across web and mobile platforms.
• Data proficiency with SQL and Amplitude for self-serve analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with Risk, Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor for product vision development.
• Experience leading embedded engineering and design pods.
