What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of TWS-UK supply chains, ensuring redundancy, scalability, and cross-functional capabilities.
• Execute the full strategic sourcing lifecycle, including supplier identification, market analysis, and negotiation of long‑term agreements.
• Provide strategic insights and performance trend recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct global market research to identify competitive and sustainable suppliers that support diversity initiatives.
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships to enhance cost competitiveness and long‑term business advantage.
• Develop KPIs and improvement initiatives to strengthen TCO and reduce supply chain risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, production engineering, or project management.
• Strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of procurement and contractual law.
• Experience in innovation or early-stage business creation with the ability to turn basic requirements into a strategic vision.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Tewkesbury, UK.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience creating supply chains for complex components in Mechanical, Electronic, and Software domains.
