TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (GTM Technology & Deal Operations): Owning and scaling GTM technology infrastructure and Deal Operations with an accent on Salesforce strategy and CPQ implementation. Focus on driving revenue efficiency through cross-functional alignment and managing a technical team of SFDC administrators.

Location: Remote (US). Preferred residence in Eastern or Central time zone

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end GTM technology stack strategy and roadmap, using Salesforce as the system of record.
  • Lead complex Salesforce and CPQ implementations, directing a team of SFDC Admins/Developers on configuration and workflows.
  • Oversee the Deal Desk function to ensure fast, consistent, and commercially sound deal structuring and approval processes.
  • Manage RevOps optimization sprints using agile methodologies to deliver iterative system improvements.
  • Define and maintain a reporting framework for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance.
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of two Salesforce Administrators/Developers and one Deal Desk Analyst.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience owning a GTM technology stack with strong Salesforce fluency.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce and CPQ implementations from scoping through go-live.
  • Proven people management experience, specifically managing technical team members like SFDC Admins.
  • Strong command of deal execution processes, pricing governance, and contract workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States (Eastern or Central time zone preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth software environment.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and revenue intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, or Clari.
  • Experience with acquisition integration from a systems and operations standpoint.
