What you will do
- Act as the primary advisor to the North America VP on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations.
- Perform strategic analyses of products, markets, and customers to identify growth drivers.
- Manage annual planning cycles, including goaling, territory design, and financial plan cascading.
- Drive continuous improvement through weekly forecast reviews and quarterly GTM business reviews.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various segments and geographies.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing to execute strategic growth projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles (Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or Management Consulting).
- Expertise in financial modeling and analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration to lead transformation.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience at a top-tier Management or Strategy Consulting firm.
- Background in Corporate Strategy or Sales Strategy within a high-growth SaaS/B2B environment.
- Fluency with GTM metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) reporting and record management.
