What you will do
- Own the annual and quarterly revenue planning process, including quota setting and territory design.
- Lead and develop a Revenue Operations team spanning sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- Design and enforce consistent sales processes and rules of engagement across all GTM segments.
- Manage the GTM technology stack, including CRM and BI tools, ensuring data integrity and adoption.
- Develop a comprehensive GTM analytics function to track KPIs such as CAC, NRR, and win/loss rates.
- Partner with the CSO and Finance on revenue recognition and board-level financial reporting.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manager role.
- Proven track record in a SaaS company with $75M–$300M+ in ARR.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and BI/analytics tools.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits.
- Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and present to the Board.
