• Develop and scale HR programs from the ground up to support an evolving enterprise business.
• Align People team strategies with business outcomes using strong business acumen and client partnership.
• Leverage AI as a strategic force multiplier to enhance productivity and solve complex organizational challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in People/HR, with at least 5 years specifically as a Business Partner.
• Must be based in Austin, TX
• Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives and building scalable programs from scratch.
• Demonstrated success utilizing AI-driven insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, especially for face-to-face interactions and high-stakes messaging.
• Ability to operate effectively in a distributed environment via virtual support.
