TL;DR
Senior HR Business Partner (AI): Designing and implementing foundational people infrastructure to support company scaling with an accent on performance management, leadership coaching, and organizational design. Location: Must be based in New York City (NYC); hybrid work required at the Williamsburg HQ at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $140k – $170k + Equity

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders in Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations.
- Develop foundational people programs, including performance management, leveling frameworks, and feedback systems.
- Establish consistent management rhythms such as goal setting and review cycles to drive accountability.
- Enhance the end-to-end employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
- Build scalable feedback loops and employee listening mechanisms to inform strategic people decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, and Operations on workforce planning and compensation.
Requirements
- Experience as a People Partner or HRBP supporting multiple departments in high-growth environments.
- Proven success building and formalizing people programs (e.g., performance reviews, leveling) from scratch.
- Strong track record of coaching managers through sensitive employee relations and organizational challenges.
- Ability to drive clarity and structure in environments with little precedent.
- Must be based in NYC or be able to work from the Williamsburg HQ at least 3 days/week.

- Experience helping a company scale from ~75 to 250+ employees.
- Exposure to technical and engineering teams and their unique leadership challenges.
- Comfort operating as the first or only embedded HRBP in a scaling organization.
