Salary: $149,000–$198,000 (base)

What you will do

  • Serve as the senior HR partner to GTM leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design as the organization scales globally.
  • Lead the People Business Partner workstream on GTM expansion in partnership with internal People teams.
  • Translate growth into headcount planning in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and other People teams.
  • Partner with GTM leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning for senior leadership.
  • Drive talent mapping and calibration for leadership, maintaining the bar on job architecture and leveling.
  • Advise leaders on org structure, spans and layers, and headcount decisions across new geographies and facilities; consult on complex people risk and workplace matters.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner / People Business Partner supporting senior leadership and embedded in workforce and org design decisions.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with strong execution and accountability.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead workforce planning, talent calibration, and leadership development/succession planning.
  • Strong judgment for complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
  • Ability to meet U.S. export control requirements for access to export-controlled information (must be a U.S. person or eligible to access without required export authorization, or reasonably likely to obtain it).
