What you will do
- Create, assign, and edit high-quality editorial content across articles, newsletters, video, podcasts, and events.
- Develop content strategies informed by practitioner insights to grow subscriber engagement and brand authority.
- Recruit and manage a network of contributors, SMEs, and executive voices to build community-powered growth loops.
- Optimize content for SEO, AI discovery, and audience conversion using data-driven performance signals.
- Represent the brand as a host and guardian across various digital channels, including social, livestreams, and industry events.
- Experiment with new formats and distribution pathways to improve audience reach and trust.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong editorial judgment and experience creating B2B or professional editorial content.
- Proven ability to grow newsletter engagement, subscriber audiences, or community participation.
- Experience across multimedia formats including video, podcasts, and webinars.
- Proficiency in using analytics (GA, HubSpot, etc.) to guide content optimization and experimentation.
- Excellent interviewing and synthesis skills to turn complex operational topics into engaging editorial experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience covering HR, people leadership, talent, or AI in the workplace.
- Experience creating benchmark reports, surveys, or insight-led content.
- Familiarity with modern HR and people management tooling ecosystems.
- Experience building community-powered editorial systems or contributor networks.
