What you will do

  • Own the AWS ecosystem strategy and overall go-to-market execution.
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue through co-sell engagement and marketplace commercialization.
  • Develop and execute joint GTM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts for CX, AI, and cloud transformation.
  • Build repeatable AWS-aligned sales motions and prospecting campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Position the company as a preferred partner within AWS ecosystem-led opportunities.
  • Enable internal teams and AWS stakeholders with field-ready messaging and campaign assets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in alliances, hyperscaler ecosystems, cloud partnerships, or strategic enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of generating partner-influenced pipeline within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, AWS AI/ML services, and cloud modernization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline momentum through co-sell motions and executive engagement.
  • Experience in commercializing service offerings and building GTM campaigns.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or early-stage growth environments.
