What you will do
- Execute bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email.
- Coordinate complex, multi-city international trips including air, rail, and lodging.
- Enforce corporate travel policies and preferred vendor contracts.
- Provide white-glove concierge service for C-suite executives.
- Monitor global events and proactively reroute travelers to ensure safety.
Requirements
- Must be based within commuting distance of Chicago, Illinois
- 3+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple SaaS platforms simultaneously.
- Crystal-clear professional communication skills.
