What you will do

• Handle difficult client conversations to prevent cancellations and retain accounts.
• Build rapport and trust with a diverse client base, from corporate marketers to sole proprietors.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines using detailed reporting and software skills.
• Analyze and capture churn reasons to provide data-driven insights for product improvement.
• Develop long-term strategies to drive retention and account expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to find optimal client solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a client retention role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ or Austin, TX for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs related to account save rates and ARR.
• 1+ years of experience working with software, ideally in web design, development, or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high customer empathy.
