What you will do
- Deliver primary care through text-based, phone, and video visits, maintaining at least 36 patient contact hours per week.
- Conduct virtual assessments, diagnose conditions, and create evidence-based treatment plans.
- Manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and handle wellness counseling.
- Oversee and mentor assigned Nurse Practitioners as a collaborating physician according to state laws.
- Perform administrative duties including EMR documentation and maintaining clinical compliance.
- Participate in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Active board certification in Family Medicine and an unrestricted license to practice.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
- Active medical licenses in CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional US state licenses.
- Ability to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of a 24/7/365 clinic operation.
- Reliable high-speed internet access and proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
