What you will do

• Deliver primary care through text-based, phone, and video visits, maintaining at least 36 patient contact hours per week.
• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnose conditions, and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and handle wellness counseling.
• Oversee and mentor assigned Nurse Practitioners as a collaborating physician according to state laws.
• Perform administrative duties including EMR documentation and maintaining clinical compliance.
• Participate in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active board certification in Family Medicine and an unrestricted license to practice.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
• Active medical licenses in CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional US state licenses.
• Ability to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of a 24/7/365 clinic operation.
• Reliable high-speed internet access and proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
