What you will do

  • Conduct health assessments, review laboratory results, and manage high-risk populations remotely.
  • Collaborate with health coaches, physicians, and the CMO to provide comprehensive care for diabetic reversal.
  • Prescribe suitable medications and provide proper dosage and administration instructions per company policy.
  • Educate patients on habits that prevent diseases and maintain long-term metabolic health.
  • Document clinical interactions and patient progress within the company's digital platform.
  • Manage patient care across multiple states through virtual communication channels.

Requirements

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license, licensed in multiple US states.
  • Board certification in family or internal medicine.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider.
  • Proven experience managing patients remotely across different geographic areas.
  • English: Fluent (C1+) required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
