What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day agency performance and proactively manage the client relationship to deliver added value.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the agriculture industry, analyzing the competitive landscape and digital trends.
• Lead integrated activities from production to launch, creating project briefs to guide creative development.
• Mentor and manage the Account Manager and Assistant Account Executive, conducting performance reviews and goal setting.
• Ensure agency deliverables follow digital marketing best practices and navigate regulatory and legal review processes.
• Accountable for the on-time, on-budget completion of all projects and budget reporting.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of account management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as the client lead for a large brand.
• Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing, including paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, content, and UX.
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and present strategies to senior-level clients.
• Experience in agriculture or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kansas City office.
