TL;DR

Enterprise Marketing Manager (Fintech): Designing and running high-impact ABM campaigns for strategic accounts with an accent on pipeline acceleration and sales alignment. Focus on creating bespoke engagement moments for CFOs, optimizing account-based playbooks, and driving closed-won deals.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, New York) or Remote (US). Relocation support available to NYC or SF.

Salary: $101,000 – $154,000 (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Execute named-account campaigns using multi-channel plays, including direct mail, gifting, and executive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership in pipeline calls and account planning to co-author narratives for must-win deals.
  • Develop and productize a repeatable Marketing playbook for winning strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Measure success via stage progression, opportunity velocity, and closed-won revenue rather than impressions.
  • Integrate AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor into daily workflows as a default.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in ABM, demand gen, or growth marketing with a direct impact on pipeline.
  • Proven track record of moving specific named enterprise accounts toward closed-won status.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, intent data tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and gifting platforms.
  • Must be based in the US for remote or hybrid options.
  • Strong creative judgment for targeting and moving CFOs, Controllers, and VP Finance.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to finance buyers or background in Fintech, FP&A tooling, or B2B Enterprise SaaS.
  • Prior experience building an enterprise marketing or ABM program from scratch.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems to source account plays.
