What you will do

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce instance, including user permissions, fields, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Generate weekly reports on pipeline generation, win/loss rates, and sales forecasts.
  • Lead the Sales Operations team and collaborate with Salesforce engineers to develop new features.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy through regular audits and cleanup initiatives.
  • Provide analytical insights to drive business actions across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Integrate AI tools with Salesforce to expedite insight creation and reduce administrative burdens.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience supporting an external go-to-market team.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting, data synthesis, and system updates.
  • Proven history of supporting B2B organizations, ideally within the digital health space.
  • Expertise in Tableau for producing insightful dashboards and live data views.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple business unit requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
