What you will do

• Coordinate package integration, design, manufacturing, and reliability efforts for test vehicles and product builds.
• Manage OSAT and third-party vendors to transition products from concept to New Product Introduction (NPI) and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Define day-to-day priorities for individual contributors and managers, tracking progress via project management software.
• Develop and manage material build plans using Design of Experiment (DOE) principles to support process development and reliability.
• Analyze manufacturing data to provide source-of-truth reports on yield and failure modes.
• Support path-finding activities in package assembly and testing.

Requirements

• MS in physical sciences or engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with the full end-to-end product life cycle.
• Proven experience working with third-party foundries and/or OSATs.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in science or engineering fields.
• Knowledge of floor plan, layout, thermal, mechanical, SI/PI, and optical packaging.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with data analysis using JMP, Python, or R.
