Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Compensation: $180,000 – $236,250

What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans for allocated territories.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand complex business challenges and architect sophisticated agentic AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Sales, Industry Specialists, and AI Product teams to drive engagements from discovery to deployment.
  • Develop and negotiate comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for custom AI/ML implementations.
  • Provide executive-level insights to customers and partners regarding the value of Snowflake’s AI/ML capabilities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience with at least 7 years in sales exceeding objectives for technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling software products to Enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML and transformation technologies with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close new client relationships.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in writing and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) for custom solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in professional services sales, solution sales, or overlay sales.
  • Relevant AI or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
  • Masters degree.
