TL;DR

Global ISV Partner Manager (SaaS): Building and scaling a strategic ISV ecosystem and AWS Marketplace motions with an accent on recruiting high-value software partners and driving repeatable revenue. Focus on designing joint business plans, operationalizing co-sell motions, and integrating partner activities with GTM execution.

Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to hubs in Ireland (Dublin), UK (London), or USA (Boston, Seattle, San Diego, Dallas, Chicago) for hybrid work (3x per week in office)

Compensation: €180,000 – €217,500 OTE

What you will do

  • Recruit, prioritize, and grow a portfolio of strategic ISV partners aligned with product strategy and growth priorities.
  • Operationalize the AWS Marketplace motion, managing how partners attach to opportunities and drive mutual commercial value.
  • Develop joint business plans with priority partners, translating strategy into concrete pipeline and co-sell execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to connect partner activity to field execution.
  • Enable partners to effectively position the product and build repeatable plays around AI-driven workflow modernization.
  • Establish operating cadences for partner selection, activation milestones, pipeline inspection, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building strategic technology, ISV, or cloud-partner GTM relationships that influence revenue.
  • Experience with cloud marketplaces, specifically AWS Marketplace exposure.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on builder in an ambiguous environment, creating structure and priorities.
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-management skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and customer engagements.

Nice to have

  • Background in a high-growth SaaS company with a partner-led GTM model.
  • Experience scaling motions around workflow, productivity, automation, or AI.
  • Existing network of strategic ISV or cloud-partner leaders.
  • Familiarity with AWS Marketplace private offers and co-sell mechanics.
