What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end process and onboarding of business partners and suppliers globally.
• Recruit new partners to resell service offerings and scale technology skill gaps.
• Lead the onboarding of delivery partners from acquisitions to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to support contract negotiations and partner success.
• Scale hyperscaler marketplaces and optimize funding programs to drive committed spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proven experience in partner management, alliances, or business development.
• Strong background in leading onboarding or enablement programs.
• Demonstrated contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong project management capabilities.

• Experience within the SaaS ecosystem.
• Knowledge of channel sales strategies.
• Experience with alliance management.
