What you will do

• Process shipping notifications for gaming hardware and software in accordance with jurisdictional regulations.
• Establish and maintain communication with internal teams and gaming authorities to secure necessary approvals.
• Update and manage shipping data within internal ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Resolve issues related to notification letters, system errors, and shipping holds.
• Organize and archive documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist the Regulatory Compliance department with inquiries and documentation requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of related experience in logistics or shipping.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, compliance regulations, and finished goods operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise-level dashboards.
• Ability to work under pressure and potentially extended hours or weekends.
