What you will do

• Manage the dispatch and close-out of all shipments, prioritizing international outbound shipping.
• Prepare international documentation, including Shipper’s Export Declarations and EEI filings.
• Create Hazmat documents and ensure proper labeling and safety compliance for all parties.
• Coordinate daily carrier equipment needs, door assignments, and live load swaps.
• Oversee cold chain orders, ensuring correct temperature set points and packing list verification.
• Validate loading of outbound trailers, reconcile open orders, and guide staff in operational tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Proven background in operations and knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Experience as a user of Mercury Gate or other TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• HAZMAT certification.
• Medium-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Finance.
• APICS CSCP certification.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics.
