What you will do

• Lead AI-native product development lifecycles from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Prioritize initiatives and stories by balancing stakeholder interests, user needs, and business strategy.
• Build, maintain, and promote the product roadmap by synthesizing various inputs.
• Interface with engineering, data, and AI teams to articulate requirements and vision using Agile practices.
• Manage trade-offs between scope and schedule to keep collaborators focused on concrete milestones.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Solid product management experience supporting AI-native or AI-enabled products in healthcare or RCM.
• Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Proficiency in Gen AI application architecture, including RAG, prompt design, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, hallucination, and consistency.
• Technical fluency in healthcare applications such as EHRs or Practice Management systems.
