Product Manager (AI/Operations): Building and optimizing internal systems and AI-powered workflows to scale operations with an accent on CX efficiency, data infrastructure, and cross-functional product strategy. Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid approach (3 days/week in office) required for candidates within a reasonable commute to New York City or San Francisco; otherwise, the role is remote.
Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the internal product roadmap and identify high-leverage opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Embed with the Customer Experience (CX) team to design and ship AI-powered tools that remove manual friction.
- Manage core internal systems and data infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity across tools.
- Translate complex business needs into clear PRDs and drive cross-functional execution.
- Partner with engineering teams to deploy models and systems that serve as the connective tissue of company operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic generalist role such as product management, management consulting, or BizOps.
- Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
- Baseline technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation and draft PRDs.
- Strong analytical and linear writing skills to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
- Empathy and listening skills to identify and solve internal user pain points.
