Compensation: $200,000 – $287,500

What you will do

• Own the feature direction and roadmap for GenAI-powered migration capabilities.
• Balance complex technical constraints with customer migration needs and engineering feasibility.
• Execute with transparency, prioritizing tasks and communicating trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive an MVP mindset to ship features quickly, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Collaborate with GTM, Professional Services, and partner ecosystems to ensure successful feature adoption.
• Analyze usage metrics to make data-driven decisions that reduce overall customer migration time.

Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise product management experience with a proven track record of full lifecycle feature ownership.
• Strong technical foundation in data ecosystems, including databases, SQL platforms, and ETL workloads.
• Experience building or working with developer tools, APIs, or data platforms.
• Practical exposure to or understanding of GenAI/LLM-powered features like code translation or semantic validation.
• Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
