Salary: $200,000β$250,000 base.

What you will do
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and maintain a multi-year enterprise AI transformation roadmap.
- Lead the execution of AI initiatives, ensuring delivery discipline, transparency, and accountability.
- Establish and run AI TMO governance forums and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Define and track financial and operational value realization from AI initiatives.
- Design and evolve the enterprise AI operating model, including roles and ways of working.
- Act as a senior change leader to ensure alignment between leadership intent and organizational behavior.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or willing to relocate.
- 5β10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, technology, or AI-enabled initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI, data, and modern technology concepts.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Ability to pass background investigations and meet regulatory gaming license standards.
