What you will do

• Manage the COE’s portfolio of 6 workstreams and orchestrate transformation roadmaps.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards for senior leadership to translate complex program data into actionable insights.
• Define and maintain standard impact/ROI methodologies, tracking cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.
• Build business cases and cost-benefit analyses to secure sponsorship and funding for transformation efforts.
• Coordinate across DTE, GCOLT, and GCO functional teams to manage cross-functional dependencies and remove blockers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in clinical operations, portfolio management, or business transformation within life sciences, pharma, or healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and digital transformation initiatives.
• At least 3 years managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building executive reporting and value realization frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Technology; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
• Must be based in the US (Vertex is an E-Verify Employer).
