What you will do

• Identify and frame transformation opportunities, diagnosing root causes and assessing strategic relevance.
• Build rigorous business cases connecting opportunities to financial impact and business value.
• Design and implement internal processes and policies across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, ensuring sustained results.
• Influence senior leadership to secure commitment and resource allocation.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on analytical thinking and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience balancing growth and profitability with a focus on financial discipline.
• Success in designing broadly adopted internal processes and policies.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate recommendations to senior audiences.
• Ability to operate independently and set a strategic agenda with minimal direction.
• Must be based in or able to perform work within Ontario, Canada.
