Location: Must be based remotely in Canada
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage renewals, drive revenue growth, and limit churn within an assigned portfolio of school district accounts.
- Develop and execute success plans that align with client resources and business goals.
- Facilitate web-based training and in-person product demonstrations to deepen client engagement.
- Proactively assess account health, identify potential issues, and address concerns through effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal product, sales, and onboarding teams to resolve client issues and advocate for user needs.
- Document all interactions and manage leads within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering measurable value.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems and proficiency with G Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
