Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote)
Salary: $112,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do
- Deliver joint customer success plans to build, grow, and expand client relationships.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to customer Executive Leadership and internal account teams.
- Utilize customer success methodology to anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions.
- Develop and execute turnaround strategies for at-risk accounts to mitigate churn.
- Drive business alignment on desired outcomes across all levels of the client organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management.
- Experience managing a book of business, primarily focused on Enterprise customers.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting results.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
