What you will do

• Develop and nurture new and existing referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and criminal justice partners.
• Track and analyze referral data to identify trends and optimize growth strategies.
• Execute territory plans and achieve minimum KPIs through in-person and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with internal intake and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient referral process.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and active accounts within the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business preferred).
• 5 years of combined experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical roles.
• Must be based in the greater Nashville area to meet travel requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
• Proven ability to build referral networks from scratch with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorder.
• Experience interfacing with criminal justice systems.
• CRM proficiency.
• Experience calling on complex health systems.
