Salary: $85,000 - 100,000 + Bonus structure

What you will do

• Establish and nurture new referral relationships by articulating the value proposition and presenting solutions.
• Analyze referral data to identify trends and optimize growth strategies.
• Coordinate with regional operations leaders to align priorities and synchronize sales goals.
• Manage territory plans and achieve minimum KPIs through in-person and virtual meetings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business preferred).
• 5+ years of combined experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical settings.
• Proven ability to develop healthcare referral networks.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 50% within the greater Nashville area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorders.
• Experience interfacing with criminal justice systems.
• CRM proficiency.
