What you will do

  • Drive new customer acquisition end-to-end: build pipeline, run client discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and negotiate pricing.
  • Own the sales process by leading product presentations and demos that communicate hirify.global value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to create targeted sales strategies.
  • Share field insights to influence go-to-market plans and product improvements.
  • Represent hirify.global at major conferences, academic events, and campus visits to build awareness and trust.
  • Track sales activities and iterate based on results.

Requirements

  • U.S.-based (NYC preferred).
  • 2–5 years of success in outbound or consultative B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, edtech, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills for persuasive, authentic, and clear outreach.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Self-starter mindset with ownership and initiative.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations or academic institutions.
  • Familiarity with medical education or clinical decision-support tools.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
