What you will do

• Drive operational improvements to pricing, including discount thresholds and order form generation.
• Build and maintain revenue systems and automations, including Salesforce architecture and data pipelines.
• Design and operationalize end-to-end revenue processes from lead routing to forecasting.
• Equip GTM teams with frameworks, playbooks, and training for high-level execution.
• Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health and revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company.
• Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive narratives.
• Builder mindset with experience creating durable processes from scratch in zero-to-one environments.
