What you will do
- Own end-to-end lead routing logic and routing rules (territory, round-robin, priority tiers) within the CRM.
- Design and implement AI-assisted follow-up systems to ensure high-quality lead engagement across multi-touch sequences.
- Act as the bridge between AI tools and sales teams, translating feedback into improved AI workflows and logic.
- Integrate and orchestrate data from intent signals, contact data, and partner sources into CRM/marketing workflows.
- Build automated tracking for partner certification requirements (Google, Adobe, Shopify) to align with GTM priorities.
- Track and report on performance metrics, including speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and AI-driven outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth.
- Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience applying AI-powered tools to real-world go-to-market business workflows.
- Fluency in English is necessary (critical for collaboration across Americas and Europe).
- Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on designing scalable processes over manual effort.
