What you will do
- Architect an integrated revenue operations strategy aligning company growth objectives with operational execution.
- Partner with GTM leadership to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and eliminate silos between sales, professional services, channel, and renewals.
- Own end-to-end analysis and visualization of bookings and pipeline performance to provide forward-looking insights to ELT/BOD.
- Drive and optimize the revenue workflow from opportunity creation through renewal processing, unifying processes, data, and tools across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement bookings forecasting and pipeline scrutiny processes to ensure predictable revenue performance.
- Implement automation across the revenue lifecycle, establish data governance for accurate forecasting and revenue recognition, and ensure data quality across bookings tools/systems.
Requirements
- Proven leadership delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, including interpreting complex data sets.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, finance, or a related leadership role.
- Experience managing business scorecards and action plans.
- Proven experience in process improvement (lean startup or design thinking is a plus).
- 13+ years progressive experience; 8+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams (international reach preferred).
